Har Gau is a popular Cantonese dim sum. The prawn dumpling is made of prawn and wrapped with a translucent wrapper. These prawn dumplings are a classic on all dim sum menus.

Do not defrost. Steam the frozen product for 4-5 minutes at 95° C.
