Can I return my order?
As we mainly deliver ultra-fresh and perishable goods we will request that you check properly your order upon delivery.
Should, at this time, some goods not be as per your expectations, or be for any reason deteriorated we will then take them back and refund you accordingly.
Can I get a refund or replacement?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 2 days of receipt and we will refund your full purchase price and/or issue a replacement.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel an online order, provided you notify Al Marsa Gourmet by 5 pm, the day before the scheduled delivery date.
