Microwave: 1. Place shrimp shumai dumplings on a microwaveable tray; 2. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high. 1100W: 3 pcs: 50 sec. 6 pcs: 1 min.20 sec. 15 pcs: 2 min.30 sec.
Steaming: 1. Place sufficient water in a steamer and bring water to a boil; 2. Steam shrimp shumai dumplings over high heat for 11 to 12 min.
Deep Fry: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F, carefully drop in shrimp shumai dumplings; 2. Deep fry for 4 to 5 min. or until lightly browned.
