Lemongrass is the key player here, not only is it used in the seafood “balls” but individual stalks of lemongrass also take the part of regular skewers. As the skewers are cooked (grilled, barbecued or even cooked on a griddle on the stove), the lemongrass skewers impart delightful citrus and smoky flavour to the “seafood”.
Cooking Instructions:
Do not defrost. Deep fry the frozen product for 4-5 minutes in oil at 170° C - 180° C.
