  • To Defrost: Remove frozen duck from the freezer and defrost overnight in the refrigerator or leave at ambient temperature until completely thawed. 

    Microwave: Remove the plastic bag and place the defrosted duck on a microwave safe dish for 3-5 minutes at high level.

    To Fry: Remove defrosted duck from plastic bag and place on hot cooking oil (approx. 170° C) for 3-5 minutes until the skin is crisp.
