Serrats is a Spanish established company since 1890, specialized in preserved seafood. The anchovies in extra virgin olive oil are captured between April and June, when the season is at its peak, in the Bay of Biscay, north west of Spain.

The anchovy fillets are ready to be consumed as a starter, but they can also be used as a condiment to enrich pasta, rice or cous-cous or as a garnish on bruschetta or as a condment for wraps.
