Shakshuka sauce is a typical recipe from Middle East. It consists of a sauce made of tomatoes, peppers, garlic, onions, cumin and spices.
 
The traditional recipe uses it when cooking eggs over low heat, but it is also ideal for sandwiches, pizza, hamburgers and piadina flatbread, as condiment for first courses and an accompaniment for aperitifs.
