On the basis of Riserva Balsamic Vinegar, Terre Bormane has created a cream, which makes an excellent dressing: a balsamic vinegar reduction with a thick creamy texture, full aromatic flavor, and ideal consistency for decorating dishes.
 
Recommended as an accompaniment for cheese and meat dishes, it is also ideally served with salads and cooked or raw vegetables, to make a vinaigrette and other sauces.
