Cow’s milk, semi hard, smooth texture and deep smoky flavor from the natural hickory smoking, particularly on the edible rind. Our smoked provolone cheese has the buttery and tangy flavor of a traditional provolone with the added nuances of smokiness. The texture is firm and a bit grainy and is yet smooth when eaten.
 
Wonderful sliced on sandwiches, used as pizza topping or eaten with crackers.
