Provolone is an Italian cheese made from cow’s milk and whose origins lie in Southern Italy.
Provolone Dolce, which is aged for 2-3 months, has a pale yellow to white colour and sweet taste.
It can be eaten as it is or together with Cremona mustard or honey, or breaded and fried or grilled.
