Mothais is quite similar to brie in looks and texture, with a soft bloomy rind that covers the outside, and a soft, creamy pate inside.
Unlike brie, which is made of cow's milk, Mothais is made of goat's milk, giving it a much more complex flavor, though still pretty mild and buttery.
