Brie de Meaux AOP is one of the great cheeses of Europe, one of cheese’s nobility. With its cousin Camembert from more rural Normandy, it is probably France’s most famous cheese export, defining French cheese for many people.
 
This raw milk cheese is hand-moulded. It is selected from amongst the thickest Bries which makes it especially creamy.
