Chrispy and delicious - Prawn tempura!
Tempura is one of the most popular and well-known Japanese dishes that is widely enjoyed around the world.
Tempura is the name for dishes that have been dipped in a mixture of cold water, flour and egg then fried in oil. Because there are eggs in the mixture, some might assume that tempura are like fritters, where the egg whites are whipped, but this is not the case.
Besides being a standalone dish, Prawn Tempura is also served over a rice bowl (Tendon) or noodle soup.
Heating Directions:
Do not defrost. Fry in oil at 165-170° C for 4-6 minutes.
